That is only realistic for certain roofs: smaller homes, garages, additions, and straightforward pitched roofs with few dormers, valleys, and penetrations. It also depends on the weather, the condition of the deck, and access. If the deck turns out to have rot, if rain moves in, or if the roof is larger or more complex than it looked, the job can take longer, and we will not rush at the cost of quality. Flat roofs and larger buildings are not typical one-day jobs.
